Brad Hulse  

BRAD HULSE, CHAIR

Brad Hulse is the Designated Broker for The 1867 Collective. He has been involved in the real estate business for over 16 years! He began his career at one of Lincoln’s largest property management firms in their leasing division. In 2006, he obtained his Nebraska real estate license than in 2013 while at Lincoln First Realty he received his Nebraska brokers license. Over his career, Brad has worked with a myriad of people in varying different circumstances including distressed homes, first time home buyers, investment properties, new construction homes, relocation, farm property, and acreage homes.  Family and his home are Brad's passions. He loves Lincoln and has called it home for more than 30 years!  He is active in the community through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Boy Scouts, People’s City Mission and the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln where he is on several committees and serves on their Board of Directors. Lincoln is home to Brad and his wife Emily’s family including Mya, Madison and Lincoln.

AMY DRITLEY, VICE CHAIR
Born and raised in Elkhorn, Nebraska, Amy has always had a passion for helping others. Her experience working for The West O Chamber and Center Sphere pin pointed her passion to helping people grow their businesses. Since she has been in the mortgage industry the last 6 years, she has helped numerous real estate agents and mortgage loan officers achieve their goals.  Amy is the Business Development Manager for CharterWest Bank Mortgage Center, based out of Omaha. She works with Loan Officers and Real Estate agents all the way from McCook Nebraska to Council Bluffs Iowa putting on networking events and partnerships to broaden the industry. She also owns a marketing company specializing in social media management called Designs By Red. When she’s not busy in the real estate world, she is playing Uber driver to her 15 year old son Cameron, who is always running from soccer, to football, to tech team, to band and to work. Although her dream is to run away to a tiny house on the beach, Amy is close to her family, including 3 sisters who all live within 2 miles of each other and her parents. She is also known for having the fluffiest dog around, Cooper.

MINDY KIDNEY, TREASURER

Mindy Kidney, CRS, MRP, ABR, C2EX, is a licensed REALTOR® with RE/MAX Results servicing the Omaha Metro Area. Mindy has been a full-time salesperson in Nebraska since 2007, but started her real career in real estate in Missouri in 2004 (1997 if you count all the real estate admin jobs she held in high school and college!). Mindy has been very active in her community and with the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® and Nebraska REALTORS® Association over the last 6 years. She’s served as the Chair of the Convention Committee, a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee, Chair of OABR YPN and is stepping into a new role as Vice-Chair for Nebraska YPN in 2022. Outside of Real Estate volunteer roles, Mindy is active as a board member for Women In Financial Services, past Director of Heartland Women’s Network, and member of the Omaha Jaycees. Real Estate is her passion. You’ll frequently hear her say her dream is to leave the industry better than she found it and is excited about the opportunity to do that through HBAF.

DOUG DOHSE, DIRECTOR
Doug Dohse, CRS, is a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate in Omaha. Doug is a REALTOR® who combines his love for the industry with his passion for education. He has been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 25 years and has taught in the industry since 2011. He currently works at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate of Omaha as a fulltime salesperson. Doug is a very active member at the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®, Nebraska REALTORS® Association, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Doug is a Past President of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®, past chairperson of the OABR Foundation, was honored as the OABR REALTOR® of the Year in 2020, and is currently the co-chair of the REALTOR® Political Action Committee. Doug has served on the Nebraska REALTORS® Association Board of Director's since 2016 and is the 2022 President-Elect. Doug’s commitment to the Real Estate industry makes for a great learning experience.  Doug has served as a National Association of REALTORS® Director and served on the Land Use & Property Rights Committee.

TRINA JEFFRYES, DIRECTOR 

Trina Jeffryes, CRS, GRI is the Associate Broker with Capstone Realty in Columbus, Nebraska.  Trina became a REALTOR® in 2015, and received her Broker's license in 2019. Trina loves learning about the real estate industry and how she can be the best for her clients!  Trina's passion is working with first time home buyers!  Trina loves meeting new people and educating them to make the best decisions they can, my intention is to leave every buyer and seller feeling as if they were my #1 priority through the entire process, because they are!!  Trina has served on the Columbus Board of REALTORS® as Director, Secretary, Treasurer and was President in 2020. she headed the Finance Committee as well as the PR Committee. Currently Trina is Co-Chair of Youth Leadership Columbus, a member of Columbus Optimist Club and volunteers with Boy Scout Troop 212.  When Trina doesn't have on her REALTOR® or volunteer hat, she's a wife and mother.  Married for over 23 years, Trina and Mike have 4 children ages 20, 19, 14 & 13 and Yorkie-poo, Jaq.  Her favorite pastimes include anything my family is doing, hanging with friends, camping and traveling.

NELSON JETT, DIRECTOR 
Nelson Jett, GRI, C2EX, is a licensed REALTOR® with Great Plains Realty in North Platte, NE. Nelson has been licensed as a full-time salesperson since 2017 and is currently entering into his 5th year in the business. Nelson is a real estate team (Team Perlinger & Jett) with his grandmother JoAnn Perlinger, who has sold for 25 years. Nelson is a very active member in the Lincoln County Board of REALTORS®, serving as the 2022 President of the board and Lincoln County’s RPAC Chair. Nelson is also very active with the Nebraska REALTORS® Association. He currently serves as Chair of the Convention Committee, a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee, a Director on the Home Buyers Assistance Foundation, Grievance Committee member and a Nebraska YPN board member. Nelson enjoys everything about real estate and has a strong passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals. 

Jesslyn Osborn  

JESSLYN OSBORN

Jesslyn Osborn is the owner/broker of Ally Property Management & Real Estate in Gering, Nebraska. In 2010 she graduated with a double major bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. Jesslyn obtained her real estate license in 2011 and brokers license in 2015. She participated in the Nebraska Realtors Association 2017 leadership academy and has been awarded the C2EX endorsement. Jesslyn sits on numerous local and state committees. She is currently the Western Nebraska Board of Realtor’s president and is the Western Director on the Nebraska Realtors Association board of directors. Jesslyn’s specialty is property management; she loves everything about real estate investing, helping others with their real estate investment goals, and helping tenants have an enjoyable renting experience. Juggling being a young entrepreneur and mother to 2 young children doesn’t leave much down time for Jesslyn, but she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family every extra moment she can find.

RHONDA ROGERS 

Rhonda Rogers, ABR, GRI, PSA, SRS, is a REALTOR® with HOME Real Estate servicing the Lincoln, Nebraska area. She became an active member in the REALTOR® Association of Lincoln in 2016. She currently serves and is an active member of several RAL committees and has been elected to serve on the Ed Trust Board for several terms.  In addition to her local involvement, she participates at the state level and currently sits on several committees and has completed the Nebraska Realtors Association Leadership Academy. As a Lincoln native, she attended UNL and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Early Inclusive Childhood Education. She is also active on the office Social Committee for HOME Real Estate. Rhonda has furthered her real estate career by obtaining several designations. She has also attended a Ninja installation and completed the LeadingRE training.  In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys spending time with family, especially her two sons, and friends, and the occasional gardening or crafting project when possible. She also volunteers with several local community committee boards, including previous service on her neighborhood association board, private neighborhood pool, and local elementary PTA.

SASHA QUATTLEBAUM
Sasha Quattlebaum is a REALTOR® with the Briley Team at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services serving Omaha and surrounding areas. She is an active member in the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS®, Nebraska REALTORS® Association and the Nebraska chapter of Young Professionals Network. She is a founding member of the Lily Pad Collective, a business development group dedicated to increasing the number of women and femme entrepreneurs, and the Greater Omaha Chamber. Her passions go beyond those of her profession. In 2022, her passion for change and justice in Nebraska led her to become a staff member of the Raise the Wage Campaign which, through community education and signature collection, successfully placed on the ballot and helped pass Initiative 433 in November 2022. In between being busy as a REALTOR® and an involved community member, Sasha still finds time for her hobbies like roller skating and organizes meet up events with an Omaha roller skating group that she formed. She also enjoys hiking and creating digital collage art. Sasha has a passion for educating her community about the power of homeownership and uses social media to spread awareness on how approachable the home buying process can be. She is excited to continue creating awareness on the power of homeownership as an HBAF Director.
